Lions camp Pilsen 2007 (17.7. - 28.7.2007)

We would like to prepare camp for "children" who are taking part in lions exchange in summer 2007. Program of the camp will be organized, so that the children could get a picture of how people in the Czech Republic live, what is the history of the Czech Republic, and what natural attractions can be found here. We will do our best to combine sports activities, sightseeing and leisure time. Accommodation will be provided in a boardinghouse of the Technical High School for Traffic in Pilsen. It is possible, that we could stay some of the nights somewhere else ( for example, in a camp near the Berounka River, or in other types of accommodations, where our programme will take place ). In the place of our accomodation in Pilsen, is possible to take use of a gym or a fitness.

-Meeting other campers and the organizers
-Sightseeing of Pilsen
-Trip to Sumava Mountains (walking tour to both Cerne- and Certovo-lake)
-Sightseeing of Prague, tour of the Karlstejn Castle
-Sightseeing of the Radyne Castle and of the Chateau Kozel (near Pilsen)
-Trip to West Bohemian Spas, Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne
-Trip to the ancient iron mill in Dobriv
-Sightseeing of the Rabi Castle
-Waterman's trip along the Berounka River
-Visit of a monastery in Plasy
